Michael Fatica, Member at Large
Michael Fatica landed in Mexico in 2015. Before that he lived in Key West, Florida for 20 years. He is originally from Cleveland, Ohio where he built a successful business as a distributor in the Floor Covering industry with branches in Cleveland and Pittsburg.

He grew up in a neighborhood which was the cultural center of Cleveland. From worldclass music to the largest theatre district outside of NYC Michael regularly visited the venues for theatre and the arts. As an adult he was a subscriber to the Cleveland Playhouse, Great Lakes
Theatre Festival, The Cleveland Ballet and also supported theatre in the surrounding communities.

In 1995, Michael and his wife Kathey, tired of the cold Cleveland winters, sailed on their 42-foot sailboat to Key West, Florida and stayed . . . for 20 years. (One of his criteria for choosing to live in Key West was “Good live theatre.”) Key West was full of fascinating people of all types and vocations. He was welcomed into the theatre and arts community for his enthusiastic support. From advertising his business in the arts playbills or subscribing to many of the arts programs, to housing guest artists, musicians and musical directors, he was welcomed at all venues.
Michael and Kathey moved to Baja Norte in 2015, living north in San Antonio del Mar and then moving to La Misión in 2022. He was thrilled to discover La Misión Performing Arts Center and is excited to be able to spend his energy as a member of the LMPAC Board.
