Día de los Muertos: A Festival to Stir the Spirits

October 28 - 30, 2026

La Misión Performing Arts Center is excited to announce a three-day festival and celebration of Día de los Muertos beginning Wednesday, October 28.

Over three days, we’ll explore the traditions and artistry of Día de los Muertos, build and share our three community ofrendas (children, adults, and family pets), enjoy family-friendly activities, and celebrate together.

The grand finale is The Inaugural Catrina Ball on Friday, October 30. The evening begins at 5 PM with a welcome cocktail party, followed by dinner, dancing, live music, and plenty of spirited surprises. Limited to 70 seats.

Purchase tickets via Zelle or PayPal: Lamisionarts@gmail.com or Venmo: @Lamisionarts

Below is a first look at the art and visual elements we’re creating for the Festival and the Catrina Ball. We’ll continue adding new artwork, final posters, schedules, activities, and event details as plans are completed.
